Buenos Aires, Feb. 1 (NA) – A 70-year-old man died suddenly this Sunday in the parking lot of the Republic of the Children. According to preliminary information provided by sources, the victim likely suffered a decompensation compatible with a heart attack, which caused his death at the scene. Following the incident, personnel from the Scientific Police arrived and carried out the corresponding expert examinations, the Argentine News Agency reported. The man was identified as Raúl Héctor Gatica, a widower, residing in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Boedo. The investigation was left in charge of the La Plata Prosecutor's Office No. 17, on duty, led by Prosecutor Eugenia Di Lorenzo, and the case was filed as “investigation of the causes of death”. According to reports, an autopsy was ordered, the security camera footage from the location was reviewed, and the deceased's medical history was incorporated into the judicial file, with the aim of accurately determining the circumstances of the death.
